Where multiple accounts are detected, 57zk will close all but the oldest account and may withhold bonus funds associated with the additional accounts.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and can result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held, where that balance was obtained through activity made possible by the false information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. 57zk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 57zk support immediately.
57zk may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification typically involves confirming your identity via a government-issued ID and confirming ownership of your registered payment method. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed.
57zk accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All deposits are credited to your 57zk account balance in PKR. No currency conversion fee applies as the platform operates natively in PKR. 57zk does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits made through third-party accounts — meaning a JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered to a name other than your own registered 57zk name — are not permitted. Where such deposits are detected, 57zk may return the funds to the source and restrict future deposits pending verification.
Deposits are typically reflected in your 57zk balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take up to a few hours depending on the sending bank's processing time.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to your VIP tier priority and any pending verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account dashboard.
Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be returned to the same JazzCash account. This policy is in place to ensure funds are returned to the account holder and to prevent misuse of payment methods.
Processing times vary based on your VIP tier. Standard accounts receive processing within one business day under normal operating conditions. Gold and above receive same-day processing. Diamond members have a one-hour target during operating hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees — processing may be delayed in exceptional circumstances including technical issues or high withdrawal volumes.
Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met in full. Your account balance section distinguishes between your real-money balance and bonus-locked balance. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are cleared will result in the bonus portion being forfeited and only the real-money component being released.
Important: Any attempt to manipulate or artificially meet wagering requirements — for example through low-risk bet sequences designed to clear requirements without genuine game engagement — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

Weekly cashback is calculated on your net losses from the previous seven days and credited to your account every Monday. The cashback rate is determined by your current VIP tier, ranging from 5% at Bronze to 30% at Diamond. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and carries a standard wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Promotions on 57zk are intended for players engaging in genuine gaming activity. Placing minimum-risk bets purely for the purpose of triggering promotional thresholds without genuine wagering intent is considered bonus abuse and is subject to the restrictions detailed in Section 9.
All bets placed on 57zk are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the selection, stake and odds — before submitting. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Sports betting markets, including all cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports markets, are offered in line with the rules specific to each sport and event type. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, settlement rules for that specific market will apply. The 57zk VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier eligibility is calculated based on total real-money wager within each calendar month. Tiers are reviewed at the start of each new month. Bonus-funded wagers contribute to VIP tier calculations at a reduced rate as stated in your account dashboard.
VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority and dedicated account managers — are attached to your current active tier. Benefits change when your tier changes. 57zk reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit values or the structure of the programme with reasonable notice to affected members.
Accounts found to be artificially inflating their wager total through collusion, bet recycling or other prohibited methods in order to maintain a VIP tier will have their tier reset and may face additional account restrictions under Section 9.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 57zk and will result in account restriction, suspension or permanent closure depending on severity:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 57zk will freeze affected accounts, conduct a review, and determine the appropriate response. This may include forfeiture of bonus funds, return of original deposits and permanent account ban. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being noted and handled per the bonus terms.
